The Magee Womens Research Institute & Foundation in collaboration with the Oncofertility Consortium, will host a 3-day in-person meeting with the theme of “Vision 2030: A Roadmap for Oncofertility Research and Practices” to highlight recent advances and future perspectives of clinical care and translational research in the field.

The event will offer opportunities for attendees to network and convene in-person. The meeting will allow for the interdisciplinary community of oncologists, reproductive endocrinologists, research scientists, allied health professionals, humanities scholars, students, advocates, and patients to participate in this cutting-edge field, and develop new initiatives for the upcoming years.

Title: Please provide a title of less than 150 characters, including spaces.
Author(s): Please provide the name & affiliation of each author. Please highlight the presenting author who should register and attend the conference in person.
Body: Please submit a structured abstract of 150 to 300 words divided into the following 4 sections: Purpose, Methods, Results & Conclusion.

Note: Winners of Abstract Awards: Four abstracts will be selected for the oral award presentation. All other abstracts will be considered for a poster presentation. The presenting author of oral or poster presentations should register and attend the conference in-person.

General
The Breakout Sessions for Oncofertility Consortium Scientific Committees will be held virtually on Monday, May 2nd. All other conference activities will be held in person. Should that change because of COVID-19, you will be updated.
This event is being hosted by Magee-Womens Research Institute in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. All conference activities will take place at the Wyndham Grand Pittsburgh Downtown, 600 Commonwealth Place, Pittsburgh, PA 15222 unless otherwise indicated.
There are currently no specific restrictions at the conference venue for COVID. However, we request that all attendees wear masks when in group sessions, except when eating or drinking. We are monitoring local COVID numbers and regulations and will update as necessary.
For international travelers, you should check the current COVID requirements for the airline, entry to the United States and return to your home country. If a COVID PCR test is required for your return international travel, this is available at the Pittsburgh International Airport: Pittsburgh Airport Airport Covid-19 Testing | TACKL Health. Tests can be resulted in about 30 minutes. If you arrive at the airport 1 hour earlier than you would usually do, you should be able to get COVID PCR test results before checking in. You can make a reservation for testing on the website.

If the in-person portion of the event must be cancelled because of COVID-19, the conference will be hosted entirely online. Because the conference will take place no matter what, refunds will not be offered.
